ORTHOTICS

What are Orthotics?

Custom orthotics are corrective devices designed to align your feet and ankles in their most efficient, natural position — helping your entire body move and function better with every step.

While store-bought inserts may add cushioning, they don’t address your unique foot structure or biomechanics. Custom orthotics are precision-made to your feet, providing lasting support, comfort, and balance.

Our orthotics are prescribed and fitted by licensed chiropractors through a detailed biomechanical assessment, ensuring they’re designed specifically for your posture, gait, and lifestyle needs.

Benefits of Wearing Custom-Made Orthotics

Custom orthotics can help with more than just foot pain. They support your foundation — improving comfort, stability, and performance throughout the body.

Here’s how they can help:

  • Decrease Pain – relieve stress in your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back

  • Increase Comfort – feel supported and stable in any type of footwear

  • Improve Balance & Stability – reduce the risk of ankle sprains and uneven gait, ideal for athletes and active individuals

  • Enhance Shock Absorption – orthotic insoles help reduce joint impact with every step

  • Improve Alignment – correct irregularities in foot shape and promote healthy lower-limb mechanics

  • Prevent Injuries – by improving function and biomechanics, orthotics can prevent future aches, pains, and overuse injuries

How Do I Know if I Might Need Orthotics?

If you experience any of the following, a custom orthotic assessment may be right for you:

  • Sore, achy, or tired feet, ankles, legs, or lower back

  • Frequent callouses or blisters

  • Feeling unbalanced or unstable when walking or standing

  • Pain or stiffness in the ankles, knees, hips, or back

If you answered YES to any of these, custom orthotics could help correct underlying issues, relieve symptoms, and prevent progression of common problems like plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and repetitive strain.
